About Me
Who I am
I build systems that move large, distributed organizations—operating models, cadences, and AI-enabled workflows that reduce variance, surface risk early, and speed decisions. Over 20+ years I’ve led global programs at Amazon, Toyota, Intuit, Honda,Columbia Sportswear and Wipro, aligning engineering, product, and business around measurable, customer-centric outcomes. I’m passionate about turning ambiguity into operating models that scale—using Automation and disciplined governance to make delivery predictable and measurable.
What I’m good at
- Stand up COEs: operating model, cadences, reviews, and guardrails that scale across portfolios.
- Automate with GenAI: status, risk, and exec reporting across Smartsheet/Slack/Tableau—grounded in accuracy/latency/cost.
- Make value visible: KPIs that connect delivery to customer impact and revenue; clean, exec-ready narratives.
Why I write
Writing is how I make sense of delivery systems—technology, leadership, and the human mechanics of scale. I share practical notes on AI as a force multiplier, leadership under uncertainty, and how platforms reflect org design. Explore recent essays in my Writings.
